2. Services Description

MoArae provides professional scalp therapy and hair care services, including but not limited to scalp analysis, therapeutic treatments, consultations, and related wellness services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Booking and Appointments

4.1 Appointment Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or in-person. All appointments are subject to availability.

4.2 Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

4.3 Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule or shorten your service time, and you may still be charged the full service fee.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at our facility.

5.2 Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on our website or promotional materials are estimates and may vary. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of service.

5.3 Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are provided only at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Medical Conditions: You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or medications that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that a service may be harmful to your health.

6.2 Client Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate information about your health and scalp condition. We are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MoArae or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
